watercraft. The Soft-Tye Ratchet reverses a normal ratchet configuration and
places the Soft-Tye on the Ratchet-end for easier setup when placing straps.
The Powertye Soft-Tye is sewn-in on the Ratchet end. measuring 15″ from Hook
to Loop.
